Uzbekistan is famous in the world with ancient cities, with ancient scholars and conquerors, traditional foods and breads. Moreover, Uzbek fruits and vegetables are also considered as a great label of Uzbekistan. Especially, delicious and unique taste of Uzbek melon, watermelon, grape, pomegranate, peach, cherry, astounds world people. However, not any individual can taste real Uzbek fruits and vegetables as quality of the product can be affected negatively during transportation.
We freeze dry only fruits grown in a traditional way by local Uzbek farmers, harvested when ripe and processed within a few hours of harvest. All our products are naturally grown in Uzbekistan where the climate and weather is suitable for natural agriculture.
We have been supplying our freeze-dried products to UAE, Turkey, Malaysia, Mongolia, Pakistan, USA and Europe.

At Bonaf™, we operate freeze-drying facilities located near the rich agricultural regions of Uzbekistan, where our berries are grown. Our production lines are equipped with advanced vacuum freeze-drying technology that gently removes moisture while preserving up to 98% of the fruit’s original nutrients, colour, flavour, and aroma.

Natural fillers for dairy products

Freeze-dried fruits add natural and tasty flavor for dairy products (yoghurt).
